Barbell Hound is a fitness fashion brand based in Cagliari, we are a small group of graduates and our aim is to build a diverse and passionate team to work on the project of the brand.
For this specific role we are looking for a cofounder to include in our team that will work with us as a junior brand manager and that will help with all the activities needed to set up the brand project. You will be part of the team of founders, if you like a startup like environment and if you are a fitness enthusiast just send us your application so that we will get to know eachother better.
Role responsibilities
- Take part in the planning for the brand development
- Identify new market trends related with the fitness fashion industry
- Manage the brand social media and establish a strategy to develop our online presence
- Identify the first products of the lineup and order the prototypes or the sample
- Review the quality of the products
- Manage suppliers relationship as well as customers relationship
- Develop a business plan and a strategy to take part to regional financing activities for startups
Here are some things that we would you to bring to the team
- you are a true passionate about design, fashion and fitness
- you know how to work with a computer and have great research abilities
- you like to mentor other people about the subjects that you master and like to share the knowledge with other team members
- you can at least speak in english but of course would be great if you could speak in italian and other languages
- you have an enterpreneurial mindset and you always wanted to build something amazing
